Educating yourself – generally means learning the hard way..
Posted in Featured educationYou know, it is my belief that if you are able to help someone then indeed you should do so. And, with that, I’ve reached out to my son’s school and offered the services that I feel comfortable handling. I mean, I can’t cook a lick and I told them up front, I can not cook. If you need someone to cook, look elsewhere, but if you want something typed, copied, grades, designed, re-worded..then I’m your gal.
And, with that, I’m busy as a beaver doing all kinds of fun things for the school and the teachers, including getting one teacher a $75 Visa card and another $100 gift certificate to OfficeMax. Yes, I am a Max Mom and I look forward to the fun. Tomorrow is the big day when 1000 teachers across the nation will receive $1,000 in school supplies from OfficeMax. I should be able to join in but do not know for sure how I”m going to feel. Today’s “school assignments” have kept me busy as ever and right now I am exhausted.
Either way, I offered and now I”m doing and that’s ok, that’s the way I like it, just please, do not ask me to cook. Please.
