Let’s Discuss Dr. Lindsey Duncan
Posted in Featured educationJust face it, everyone has a story, but not everyone has the kind of story that Dr. Duncan has. He is a detoxification expert and for those of you who know me, I could use some serious detoxifications.
Dr. Duncan is responsible for a long and very distinguished list of products with various health benefits. The one I’m going to grab right now is 4Sleep and Relaxation.
Most of you know I had TMJ surgery and yes, there was torn cartilage and other stuff going on but my doctor was very upfront with me that as long as I continued to grit and grind my teeth, I was going to be in pain. The answer to that, isn’t surgery. I did have the surgery to help with the part that surgery could help with and up until the last few days, things have gone swimmingly.
And then, the earache is back. It’s not a cold, it’s not really even an earache, it’s TMJ. I grit and I grind. And the answer for it is muscle relaxers. And, the ones that work well for me also cause me serious bouts of amnesia. They make me stupid. When the pain gets so bad that I can’t take, I find someone to care for my children and warn everyone that I am about to forget anything that we have discussed or that has happened in the previous day or so. It’s that bad.
So, since I also have several sleeping disorders and of course the gritting and grinding takes place at night, I think it is fitting to look at the world’s first naturally occurring melatonin liquid dietary supplement. It’s made with pure Montmorency tart cherry juice which is a natural melatonin. There are no added sweeteners, colors, flavors, excipients or binders. And, the best part is they say it is delicious and easy to drink along with being fast absorbing.
The juice can help with the reduction of sleeplessness, healthy sleep patterns, relaxation and calmness, reduction in jet lag, reduction in tension and healthy inflammatory process.
Just make sure you know that this product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any diseases. As with any other product, you must be a wise consumer.
But naturally since part of my problems with TMJ stem from not being able to relax and I already know about the sleeping disorders, I think this is definitely going to be on my “to try soon” list.
