School Supplies–‘tis the season
Posted on Jul 29, 2011 09:16:32 PM
It is mid-summer by way of the thermometer and the calendar, but school will be kicking back up in 2 weeks. Of course that means there’s shopping to be done. And, when there’s shopping to be done this time of the year, then supplies for school are definitely at the top of the list. Paper, pencils, backpacks, crayons, markers, and the list just goes on and on. I still function on a calendar that starts in August and ends in July as opposed to the January to December or even the October to September. I think new shoes, underwear and socks are in order when August rolls around even when I wasn’t in school. I’m nothing if not a creature of habit.
Get going, the stores are stocked full of supplies of every kind and every thing you can possible dream of buying is there if you look hard enough.

God, how I hate shopping all those supplies for school. My kids don’t become as enthusiastic about it as I got when I was in their ages though
