Getting Help for Your Math Student

Math seems to come quite easy for my oldest son. My husband is a whiz at math and I have this affection for all things number-like. But, for me, it’s strictly about counting things, memorizing numbers, watching the clock, etc. I no longer even bother with a calculator if my husband is home. He is a walking math book. Even with questions that seem to be Algebra 1 Problems, that man can whip out Algebra 1 answers faster than you can ask them.
He is really super with percentages. I can ask him what 33.5 percent of 4,753 is and he can spout off an answer faster than I can even put the numbers in a calculator. And, if there is a missing variable, he is definitely the one to talk to. He really is that good with almost any Algebra Problem you can throw at him.
But, for others, it’s simply not that easy.
My son shouldn’t have any problems when it comes to math as he is already quite proficient. But, at least I know that Algebra 1 Help and Algebra 2 Help are available if he needs it. I had a great math teacher in high school and sometimes just having the Algebra 2 answers make the problem easier to understand. Many times she would give us the answer to a problem to help us see the process of how to get to that answer.
